Short hair needs a precise cut, because there's nowhere to hide. The short haircut and style covers any length above the shoulder, including bobs, pixies and men's cuts.
Thick, wavy and curly hair needs a cut that works with your texture, not against it. Aprille works with all hair types and textures.
Bringing a little one? Children's cuts for ages 1 to 12 happen in the same quiet, private suite, which is often much easier for kids than a busy salon.

How much is a haircut at Novum Hair Studio?
A short haircut and style, for any length above the shoulder, is $85. A long haircut and style, for shoulder length or longer, is $95. Both include a shampoo and a professional blow-dry.
Do you cut men's hair?
Yes. Men's cuts are booked as a short haircut and style ($85).
Do you cut children's hair?
Yes. A child's haircut for ages 1 to 12 is $40.
Do you work with thick, curly or wavy hair?
Yes. Aprille works with all hair types and textures.
Can I get a cut and color in the same appointment?
Yes. A root color touch-up with a short haircut is $190, and with a long haircut it is $200. Both cover up to one inch of regrowth.
Do you take walk-ins?
Only occasionally, because the building's front door is usually locked. Aprille can often fit in last-minute requests, so call (215) 262-7748.

Inside Sola Salons at 5171 Mission Center Rd, Studio 21, in Mission Valley, San Diego.
How do I book?
Online through the booking page, any day of the week. Studio hours are Monday and Tuesday 2 PM to 8 PM, and Wednesday through Friday 9 AM to 3 PM.
